  • Beef tartare with gherkins  
  • Mixed leaf salad with house dressing  
  • Onion soup with crostini topped with Gruyère cheese
  • Mistkratzerli - whole, crispy Alpstein Güggeli with braised oven vegetables,  small rosemary jacket potatoes & smoked house sauce  
  • L'églefin sautée - fried haddock with Jerusalem artichoke cream, celery Waldorf salad & mandarin oranges
  • Sweet potato kumpir with chive soya yoghurt, saffron vegetable bulgur, marinated red kabi salad & pickled red onions

  Advance booking required:  

  From 6.45 pm we will drive you directly to the EVZ stadium for a small surcharge of CHF 5.00/person.

  • Caesar salad with mini lettuce, Swiss chicken, bacon, anchovy fillets, croutons & parmesan dressing
  • Pissaladière with caramelised onions, black olives & anchovy fillets
  • Cream of porcini mushroom soup with rosemary focaccia croutons & chives
  • Swiss beef entrecôte, 160g with spicy herb butter,  oven vegetables, roasted mushrooms, chives & French fries
  • Bouillabaisse made from local fish with salmon, pikeperch, char, salmon trout,  rouille sauce, carrots, leek, celery, potatoes & crispy brioche
  • BBQ pulled pork with steamed yeast bun, coleslaw, crispy fried onions, BBQ sauce & sweet potato fries
